Welcome to In-Person Kids Church!
Available every Sunday at the 11am Service

We're excited to worship in-person together on Sundays at 9am and 11am and to offer Kids Church at 11am in a separate wing of the facility. All seating will be limited to 50 per gathering, and pre-registration is mandatory.

Registration goes live every Wednesday mornings (be sure to book as soon as possible as seats fill up quickly!).

It is recommended that parents (and anyone else in your family attending the church service) first secure themselves a seat in the 11am service by clicking on “Attend an In-Person Service” on the Home Page. You may book in either the Balcony or the Main Floor of the Chapel.

Once you have secured yourself a spot, you can then register your children for Kids Church by clicking on “11am Kids Church” under “Attend an In-Person Service”

Sevenoaks Kids Church Age Groups

In-person Kids Church will be provided during the 11am Sunday service for kids 2 years old - grade 6.

2-4 year olds (preschool) will be in the Little Oaks room on the main floor and will participate in free play, bible lesson, music and craft.

The K-Gr 6 kids will be together for gym activities, and then will move upstairs for open session, and small groups. We will go back to the gym for more activites and parent pick up.

Prompt Arrival

Check-In is between 10:45am - 11:00am at the middle doors by the Library Entrance. Please arrive promptly as the doors will be locked by 11:00am.

Entrance & Kids Check -in

Upon arrival you and your children will enter through the Library Entrance where you will stop at the Kids Check-In station and receive 2 tags, an ID tag for each child and a matching ID tag for the parent. Please place the name tag on your child and keep your parent tag as you will need it for when you check your child(ren) out at the end of the service.

You will also be asked to complete a one time health questionaire for your children and complete a family registration form (if you have not done so already).

Once you have checked your child(ren) in, preschoolers will head to the Little Oaks Room and Grade school will go directly into the gym.

Once you have dropped your children off, if you have booked yourself into the Main Floor of the Chapel, you will then head back outside from the Library Entrance and head over to the Main Floor Entrance of the Chapel.  If you booked yourself into the Balcony of the Chapel, you will go from the Kids Check In station to the Community Room (across from the Little Oaks room) for check in and head upstairs to the Balcony (there will be signs and volunteers to guide your way).

Check-Out & Pick Up

Once the service is over, if you are coming from the main floor of the Chapel, come to the middle doors by the "Library Entrance" to retrieve your child(ren).  If you are coming from the balcony, come back down through the Community Room to retrieve your children from the either the Little Oaks room (for preschool children) or the gym (for grade school children).  Please have your matching ID tag ready to present to the volunteers.

Snack

We will not be giving out snacks during the service at this time.

Physical Distancing & Masks

Physical distancing as appropriate for their ages will be encouraged. Children will receive their own fun bucket of supplies so there is no sharing of supplies between children. All stations and activities will be set up physically distanced. Hand washing and the use of hand sanitizer will be used to limit the spread of any germs. All Sevenoaks families and their children (K-Gr 6) as well as volunteers will be required to wear masks while in the building. Masks are not required for children 2-4 years old.

Children are asked not to attend if they are displaying symptoms

These symptoms include, but are not limited to: fever, chills, cough or worsening of chronic cough, difficulty breathing/shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell or taste, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting (in children, their symptoms often present milder and we ask that you exercise caution when making your decision to attend).
