Each year the kids of Sevenoaks rally together to raise funds that help support kids and families in other nations.  This year….We will be partnering with an international worker in a hard to reach nation who works with kids who suffer from PKU (Phenylketonuria) a genetic disorder that when untreated can cause problems with growth, mental developments and other serious issues.

The money we raise will go to help families who need special formula for babies with PKU, specialized foods for kids with PKU and funding for special tests to help them in their health journey.  Here’s how we can help…

1. Kids sign out ‘loose change jars’ on Sunday Jan 15 (at the check in station) and collect money through their own acts of service (chores for parents/grandparents), giving of their own money, or donations from those they share the project with. *Return jars on Sunday February 12.

2.  The other way in which we will help the kids to raise money for our mission's project is by creating a craft morning where we will make valentine crafts and cards to sell to our church family.  Our craft making event will be on Feb 11 at 10am and the sale of the valentines will be February 12 at the morning service. We have had a great time in the past with making valentines for missions and look forward to seeing your kiddos give.
