The Bible tells us that every Christ follower ought to express obedience to Jesus through being baptized in water (Matthew 28:19-20).
We like to think of it as a way of telling the world that you're all in.
Our process for preparing people to be baptized looks like this:
1) Attend a baptism class - we hold classes four times a year (or when a few people have expressed interest). In the class we discuss what baptism means, why we should be baptized, we talk about the gospel, and we begin to think about our conversion stories.
2) Write out the story of what Jesus has done for you, and how he is changing you now.
3) Meet with, and share your story with a member of the pastoral team.
4) Be baptized in a Sunday gathering so that the family of faith can celebrate with you.
Our next baptism class will be on October 6, 2019 at 9:30am.
We typically have baptisms in our services four times a year. If you are interested in being baptized please let us know below, and we will get in touch with you shortly. If you'd like to be contacted by phone, just put your number in the message field.
