Each year we set aside one week to heighten our focus on prayer. This year our Week of Prayer is January 21st to 28th. During the Week of Prayer we are encouraging everyone to consider replacing one activity for time to read and pray. So if you watch an hour of TV every night, replace that hour with reading your Bible and praying. Or if you can skip a meal, replace that time with prayer. We have put together a Prayer Guide to give you ideas to use for the time you set aside everyday!
Make sure you download the Prayer Guide which is at the bottom of the page.
Sunday, Jan 21st, we will kick off our week with a Prayer Service at 6:00pm in the Worship Center. The service will be guided by readings, prayers, times of silent reflection and song.
No Child Care is provided.
Sunday, Jan 28th, we will have a night of celebration through Sripture and music and offer the opportunity to receive prayer for healing or any other requests. This is a family-friendly night as kids K-Gr 5 will be dismissed part way through the service to join Pastor Renee as she leads the kids through their own prayer stations.
Child Care can be provided for babies to Preschool age but please contact Pastor Renee so she knows what to prepare for - email@example.com or you can call the church office.
So come on out, let's seek Him together. Let us be changed to be more Christ-like in how we love the Father and love each other! God is on the move!
