Safety Protocols for In-Person Gatherings

The safety and well being of our children and their families as well as our leaders is of utmost importance and we will take pre-cautions to that end. Here are the protocols we need everyone to follow:

  1. Every family will need to submit their yearly Permission Form (Forms will be made available at the check in desk on the day of the event)
  2. For each child a one time Health Assessment form must be completed. (Forms will be made available at the check in desk on the day of the event) This essentially says that you as parents/guardians will not send your child to an in-person gathering should they show signs of being ill. If your child is showing any sign or symptom of being ill, please keep them at home.
  3. Registration prior to event  is mandatory.
  4. All children and leaders must wear a face mask while at an in-person gathering.
  5. Children and leaders will practice physical distancing.
  6. Children and leaders will wash their hands/use hand sanitizer at various points throughout each gathering as directed.
