small group leadership

All small groups need leaders, but leaders do not need a degree in biblical studies and ten years of leadership experience!
What do I Need to Become a Small Group Leader?
All you need is a heart to serve God, a passion to see people grow in their faith-walk, and a willingness to facilitate discussion. A leader does not need all the answers, but a teachable spirit and a humble attitude.
To experience growth we constantly need new small group leaders or those willing to sit as co-leaders or apprentices in a current group. These co-leaders get a taste of leadership before starting their own group.
