bubbles and splash – infant to three years

Bubbles and Splash are the names for our babies and toddlers! At this age, kids are just learning about playing in the water, splashing and blowing bubbles...so we have a perfect setting for them here at Sevenoaks at The River of Life.

The Bubbles (nursery) and Splash (toddlers) rooms and volunteers are focused on providing top-quality, safe and loving care for your children—while allowing them to become comfortable in a group setting.

Here at Sevenoaks, we know that the care of your children is important, and we work hard to provide the best care possible in our Children’s Ministries. Because we believe that if your children are well cared for, you are able to relax and be spiritually fed. Thank you for bringing your little blessings to share with us!


bubbles – sevenoaks nursery

We provide a full-service nursery starting at 9:15 am each Sunday to care for our youngest members. We have all the equipment to receive babies from the cradle right up to 24 months. Swings, bouncy seats and slides all allow us to care for (and have fun with) your child, no matter what their age or stage! Playpens and a crib are set up with clean sheets each service in a separate quiet room for your child to rest.

Loving care for your baby and toddler is available during both the 9:30 am and 11 am service hours. Parents can bring children to the nursery door opposite the library.

Note: there is also an unsupervised nursery located on the worship centre balcony. This room is equipped with a washroom, microwave, change table, and toys.
 

splash – 2 and 3 year olds

9:30 am:
2’s & 3’s meet in Rm 112 (across from the Community Room)

11 am:
Age 2’s meet in Rm 112
Age 3’s meet in Rm 103

In each service your child will receive an exciting glimpse of our great God through Bible stories, flannel graphs, worship songs with actions, and simple, fun crafts. We also provide snacks and lots of time to play.
