 
During the year,
events are planned to meet the real, tangible
needs of people in our church and community.
These projects have only taken place as
individuals or groups in the church realize the
need and give leadership by a caring response.
These ideas have
resulted in such projects as the CLOTHESLINE, a
clothing give-away for the Abbotsford community
which happens twice a year (in spring and fall); A PLACE TO CALL HOME,
a Christmas dinner for lonely
or needy families in our church and community;
and the
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD project.
Such ministries
have mobilized many people at Sevenoaks Church to
demonstrate Christ in practical and loving ways
to the community.
